Traveling down the river you can relish the beautiful outfall of the river Nega, historical battle places of our hero Lacplesis, as well as castle ruins of the Livonian castle in Lielvārde, open-air Zoo “Saulites”, Jaunjelgava etc. You can even observe birds in the protected area near Kaibala.
